Job Title: Product Development Manager – KSA Market

Location: Cairo, Egypt | Remote

Jamjoom Medical Industries (JMI), a leading regional company in medical consumables and equipment, is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join its growing team. This is a remote position based in Cairo, Egypt, with a primary focus on the Saudi market.

About the Role:

As the Product Development Manager, you will serve as the key link between JMI’s principals and agency partners, supply chain function, and KSA field sales team.

You will be responsible for expanding JMI’s product portfolio, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and ensuring the right products, inventory levels, and market messaging are available at the right time.

The role reports to the Business Unit Manager and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new agencies and principals to expand JMI’s trading portfolio, while managing and strengthening relationships with existing agency partners.
• Oversee stock management and demand forecasting in coordination with the supply chain team and agency partners.
• Monitor product performance in the market and ensure the sales team has in-depth product knowledge to deliver effective messaging.
• Develop and tailor tactical plans for agencies, translating strategy into clear technical and tactical direction for the field force.
• Drive CRM follow-ups and support sales funnel management.
• Analyze tenders and identify new growth opportunities in the KSA market.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on product registration status and timelines for new and existing products in the Saudi market.
• Negotiate and manage agency agreements, including setting performance expectations and reviewing agency performance on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, business development, sales, or marketing within the medical devices or medical consumables industry.
• Proven experience in managing principals, agencies, or distributor relationships, including commercial negotiations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA healthcare market and its commercial landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM, demand forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in tenders and product registration processes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.
