Product & Development Manager

About Optiflux

We make the quality of fresh fruit and vegetables measurable, from harvest to retail, with AI, computer vision, sensors and hardware, helping customers worldwide build a smarter, more sustainable fresh supply chain.

As Product & Development Manager, you define our product roadmap and lead its delivery. You head our AI and software team, own hardware development and turn customer needs into reliable, scalable products.

Your role

From product vision to reliable products in the field

• Strategy & roadmap: Own the product vision and roadmap with management, and turn customer and market insights into clear priorities.
• Team leadership: Lead, coach and grow the AI and software team, and drive hardware projects with internal and external partners.
• Development & delivery: Steer planning, resources and quality from concept to launch, so AI, software and hardware work reliably in the field.
• Customers & market: Visit customers and partners, support demos and pilots, and track developments in AI and AgTech.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with:

• A master's in engineering, computer science, AI or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in product development and leading technical teams.
• A track record of bringing technology products from roadmap to market.
• Solid knowledge of AI and computer vision; hands-on with Python, PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with modern software practices: DevOps, MLOps and CI/CD.
• A structured, decisive communication style that bridges tech and business.
• Fluent English and openness to around 25% international travel.

Nice to have

Experience in one or more of these areas would be a strong advantage:

• Hardware: Sensors, cameras, embedded or industrial hardware.
• Industry: AgTech, food tech or fresh produce.
• Languages: Spanish.
