You will lead the competence center, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution while building the frameworks that allow our team to scale. Feeling the match? Here’s what you’ll be working on: Establish and optimize the frameworks for product development. Lead the search for new manufacturing opportunities (CN, EU, US) and provide expert support/leadership during high-stakes negotiations. Oversee the end-to-end launch of new products and the continuous improvement of our core portfolio (design, function, packaging). Act as a mentor and "Knowledge Hub," ensuring industry trends, competitor insights, and technical expertise are shared across the team. Sync logistics, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless delivery. Here’s how you’ll contribute: 5+ years in product development with a strong background in managing teams or complex processes. A natural leader who provides support to the team while maintaining a high sense of ownership. You must be comfortable navigating high levels of uncertainty and pivoting when necessary. 2+ years in private label/brand management with a focus on global, e-commerce oriented products. Strong analytical skills are a must; experience with tech/app-driven products is a huge plus. Fluent in English; a persuasive communicator in both internal alignment and external negotiations.
