The Product Director B2C, is the most important role in the Product team, you will shape and drive the strategic vision across web and apps for millions of current and future customers. Key Responsibilities Set the Product Vision: Own the end-to-end B2C product vision across Acquisition, Activation & Support, Checkout & Payments, and Recurrence, with the Exec team and Senior Leadership following and buying into the strategy and roadmap. Deliver Business Outcomes: You will live and breathe data and insights, balancing instinct alongside objective measures to drive conversion, activation, recurrence rate, engagement and revenue growth against ambitious commercial targets. Lead by Example: Maintain hands-on ownership over a key product area to set high delivery standards while steering the broader B2C Product team. Define the Value Proposition: As the leader of Product Marketing, your team in partnership with the Marketing team will be instrumental in defining the Holafly B2C value proposition. Nurture Product Culture: Scale and mentor a high-performing product team, deeply embedding design, data, and engineering alongside Product. Maximize Strategic Assets: Treat Holafly’s ownership of its core network as a strategic asset and source of durable competitive advantage. Turn that advantage into clear customer outcomes, ensuring network capabilities, service quality, and roadmap decisions continue to strengthen Holafly’s differentiation. Qualifications Proven B2C Scale: Track record leading multi team B2C product organisations across web and app, ideally within travel, subscriptions, or high-frequency e-commerce. Commercial Fluency: Strong mastery of data, commercial metrics, and setting explicit trade-offs between growth, quality, and unit economics. Hands-on Execution: Demonstrated ability to dive deep into details while managing high-level organisational structure and cross-functional dependencies. Focus on Retention: Proven success building long-term recurring value and customer loyalty, backed by rigorous analytical rigor. Team Building: Experienced in hiring, coaching, and building a strong Product function. AI Implementation: Practical experience using AI to enhance internal product workflows and to step change the customer experience. Nice to have Network/Telco Insights: Knowledge of carrier systems or connectivity assets to convert technical capabilities into compelling consumer features.
