About the Opportunity

EVEREC is partnering with a fast-growing European EV charging and mobility business seeking an experienced Product Director to lead its product strategy, development and organisation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established product professional with experience managing multiple product teams, developing scalable technology solutions and delivering measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will oversee a diverse product portfolio spanning physical charging infrastructure, software platforms, digital customer experiences and internal business tools.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams, you will play a key role in shaping product direction and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product strategy, vision and roadmap.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Product Management and Product Design teams.
• Oversee product development across software platforms, physical infrastructure, customer-facing applications and internal tools.
• Establish clear product priorities, delivery frameworks and performance objectives.
• Manage competing business requirements and make strategic roadmap decisions.
• Drive product discovery, development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable product management processes and operating structures.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate product performance and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers, strengthening leadership capabilities and team performance.
• Ensure product development aligns with customer needs, commercial objectives and long-term business strategy.

Key Requirements

• Years of relevant product management experience.
• Proven experience operating at Head of Product, Product Director or equivalent senior leadership level.
• Demonstrated experience managing Product Managers across multiple teams or product areas.
• Strong background in product strategy, roadmap development and organisational leadership.
• Experience working with technology platforms connected to physical assets or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of B2B products, software platforms, digital customer experiences and internal business tools.
• Experience within high-growth technology businesses or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to manage product priorities, resources and complex cross-functional requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring product performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Portugal.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience within EV charging, e-mobility, energy, logistics or infrastructure technology.
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform business models.
• Experience scaling Product Management organisations.
• Exposure to hardware and software integration.
• Experience developing product processes and frameworks within growing businesses.
