M9 Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to work hybrid remote/onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Bethesda, MD . An active TS/SCI clearance is required. Responsibilities Own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities. Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12-15 full-time team members, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful product delivery. Regularly engage with client leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features. Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs throughout the development process. Balance competing priorities, make data-driven decisions, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver a platform that truly serves client operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Top Secret SCI security clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Agile Product Delivery. Executive presentations. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management. Security and compliance management. Stakeholder communication. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, secure solutions. Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Agile software development methodology experience. AI awareness & solutions knowledge. Experience in Full Stack Developer or adjacent roles.
