Product Engineer (f/m/d) for Surveying Software

  • Providing 2nd level technical support to sales organizations and distribution partners worldwide
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting complex software issues and coordinating their resolution with development teams
  • Testing software releases and validating new features to ensure high product quality
  • Prioritizing support requests and escalating technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
  • Providing clear step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues, both in writing and verbally
  • Supporting technical product training for internal and external audiences
  • Contributing to product development by translating customer feedback and field experience into product improvements
  • Defining and refining product requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and product experts
  • Bringing practical surveying knowledge and real-world workflows into the continuous improvement of our software solutions


This is you

  • Educational background in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Practical experience with surveying workflows and technologies such as GNSS, total stations, laser scanning, imaging sensors, or field software
  • Strong interest in software products and digital solutions for surveying and construction professionals
  • Familiarity with office software, CAD, GIS, BIM, or geospatial workflows
  • Analytical mindset and passion for solving technical challenges
  • Ability to understand both customer needs and technical requirements
  • Clear and confident communication style when explaining complex topics
  • Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Curiosity for new technologies and willingness to leverage modern AI-powered tools
  • Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working in international and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
