Product Engineer (.NET + React)

GetHoney is our AI-driven product, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer with a strong C#/.NET background and commercial frontend experience with React or another modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
This is not a feature-delivery role. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to understand the user problem, challenge solutions, make technical and product decisions, ship features end-to-end, and evaluate their impact after release.
You’ll be responsible for solving complex user problems and delivering meaningful product value end-to-end — from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to implementation, deployment, and post-release analysis.

Must-have skills:

• Proven ability to own and ship user-facing product features end-to-end — from problem definition and technical decisions to release and post-launch analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and building production backend systems.
• Commercial frontend development experience with React or another modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
• Experience working in a product company and building software used by real customers.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production applications.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering — designing and using AI-agent workflows, coding agents, and LLM-based automation in real development processes.
• Product development skills:
  • Strong grasp of product analytics;
  • Product features design and testing experience.
• Solid system design fundamentals.

Key responsibilities for the first 6 months:

• Ship 15–20 meaningful product experiments.
• Implement agile but stable solutions for engaging conversational model, voice generation, interactive calls, etc.
• Improve retention and activation metrics.
• Design and maintain an experimentation framework (A/B testing, rapid iteration).
• Work across product, design, and research to turn insights into shipped features.
• Participate in user interviews and discovery sessions.
