An entrepreneurial culture built on trust, speed, uncomfortable ambition, being stronger together, and a relentless obsession with our clients. Our Track Record Hypergrowth: Deloitte Fast 50 – 3 years in a row Tech community credibility: TechTO Canadian Rocketship 2025 Industry leadership: CLA Lending Company of the Year – 4 consecutive years Talent magnet: CMP Top Mortgage Employer 2025 Work Location and Language Requirements We welcome applications from candidates located in Ontario or Quebec. Please note that the core working hours for this role are based on the Eastern Time Zone (EST). To effectively communicate with our clients, both French and English are required for this role. Why We Are Hiring We achieve our mission by enabling our partners to improve and streamline their mortgage lending operations through the Nesto Mortgage Cloud. As the most advanced cloud-based mortgage technology in Canada, our SaaS solution offers a world-class omnichannel experience. This platform consistently boosts volume, increases productivity, and reduces technology costs. To drive the execution of our upcoming projects, we are looking to grow our team of Product Implementation Managers, who will focus on functional mastery and SaaS delivery. What Success Looks Like As an Expert-Owner, you've mastered the deep logic of our platform and act as the primary functional and sector expert, designing tailored solutions for our clients. You are the strategic bridge between the complex needs of bank leaders and our internal Technical Product Management teams, ensuring an optimal solution. What You’ll Be Doing Lead Functional Solution Design: Drive discovery workshops to translate partner business challenges and processes into clear, robust functional solution logic. System Logic Ownership: Act as the master of functional configuration; define the logic and workflows that our Technical Product Managers and engineering teams will execute. Strategic Partner Presence: Act as the functional and technical expert in front of partner financial institution leaders, guiding them toward industry best-practice configurations. Internal Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the core product roadmap by providing expert feedback based on implementation realities. Solution Accountability: Ensure the implemented solution solves the partner's critical problems and generates high adoption through strategic functional design. Change Management Support: Guide the client organization through the transition to ensure their operational processes are optimized for the Nesto Mortgage Cloud. What You Bring Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Manager, Functional Consultant, Solutions-oriented Analyst, or similar role within the financial services or SaaS sector. System Mastery: Demonstrated ability to learn complex software engines and translate that knowledge into business solutions. Technical Comfort: While you do not code, you speak the language of Technical Product Managers and can lead in-depth discussions on system logic. Ownership Mindset: Proven experience leading client implementations where you were the primary person responsible for the functional outcome. Influence and Communication: Strong ability to guide decision-making at the executive level and advocate for product improvements internally. Sector Context: Knowledge of the lending lifecycle or the mortgage industry is a significant asset. Nice-to-Have Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry. Deep functional expertise in specific areas of the mortgage lifecycle (e.g., loan origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, compliance). You Shouldn’t Apply If You are not interested in a role that involves frequent client-facing work or extensive communication with numerous internal and external stakeholders. You prefer working with legacy or simple systems. You have no passion for the fintech or mortgage technology space and are unwilling to develop domain expertise. Interview Process Recruiter Screen (30 min): An intro call to learn about your background and give you a real picture of the role. Discovery Call (30 min): A conversation with the hiring manager to dig into your experience and assess mutual fit. Take-Home Assignment / Case Study: A chance to showcase your skills through a practical exercise relevant to the role. Case Study Interview (45 min): A deep dive into your submission, with time to get to know some team members and ask about the role and company. Final Interview (60 min): You'll meet with the recruiter and two additional stakeholders for a final conversation before a decision is made. Offer Stage: Pending successful background, criminal, and reference checks, you'll receive a formal offer to join the team. What We Offer Comprehensive Health Coverage: Top-tier extended health, dental, and vision coverage, featuring 100% drug coverage. Health & Wellness Spending Account: A $1,500 combined annual flex fund for things like gym memberships or extra medical needs. Generous Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation plus 8 personal floater days. Retirement Savings: Access to a group RRSP/DPSP plan featuring competitive company-matching contributions. Telemedicine Services: Access via Dialogue and coverage for licensed practitioner services. Family Support: Robust Maternity and Parental Leave Top-Up programs. Diversity and Inclusion At nesto, we believe that creativity and collaboration are the result of a diverse team. We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and we strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities to apply. We are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
