We’re looking for a Product Information Specialist to support the creation, layout, maintenance, and publication of Product Information materials. In this role, you’ll work closely with PI Project Manager, Technical Documentation Specialists, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners to ensure documentation is accurate , up to date, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements. What is waiting for you Preparing and updating Product Information documents based on approved content, templates, and internal guidelines. Ensuring documentation is consistent, accurate , and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements. Supporting publication processes, translation requests, and coordination with external agencies. Working with PI Project Manager, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assigned documentation tasks. Performing quality checks, maintaining files and version control, and escalating inconsistencies when needed. Using design and layout tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop to prepare clear, production-ready materials. What do you need to succeed in the role Education in Graphic Design, Layout Design or related field. Around 2 years of experience in layout design, structured documentation, product labeling, or document publishing. Good working knowledge of Adobe tools, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to follow structured processes. Good communication skills and confidence in working with technical, regulatory, and cross-functional teams. Professional English skills, both written and spoken; Polish will be an advantage.
