Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end launch management for new products, platform enhancements, and major feature releases. Build and manage launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Partner closely with Product Management to understand release scope, customer value, target audience, rollout strategy, and launch requirements. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Operations, Legal, and other teams as needed. Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure all required deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard. Identify launch risks, gaps, and blockers early, and proactively drive resolution. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders for each launch. Support packaging of launch materials including messaging inputs, internal communications, enablement assets, FAQs, release notes, and customer-facing readiness materials. Partner with enablement and customer-facing teams to ensure internal teams are prepared to position, support, and adopt new offerings. Help define rollout approaches, including phased launches, pilots, beta programs, and general availability plans. Track launch outcomes and key performance indicators, and facilitate post-launch retrospectives to improve future execution. Develop and maintain launch frameworks, templates, checklists, governance, and best practices to scale launch excellence across the organization. Serve as a trusted operational partner who brings structure, transparency, and momentum to complex initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 6+ years of experience in product launches, go-to-market, product marketing, program management, product operations, or a related function. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS, technology, or fitness/wellness technology environment preferred. Proven track record of leading complex launches involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to organize competing priorities and keep teams aligned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready updates and cross-functional coordination. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and drive practical solutions. High attention to detail and strong operational discipline. Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting plans as product and business needs evolve. Experience with launch processes, release planning, and change management best practices. Proficiency with the Atlassian product suite, specifically Jira and Confluence. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product-led or SaaS go-to-market organizations. Experience supporting launches for platform products, integrations, payments, mobile applications, or member/club management solutions. Familiarity with customer lifecycle considerations including sales enablement, onboarding, support readiness, and adoption measurement. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification is a plus. The anticipated compensation range for this position is - $90,500 - $104,500 CAD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
