Product Lead

About the Role

Join an early-stage healthcare technology team building products for healthcare operations. As Product Lead, you will own the customer-to-product loop, turning customer needs into shipped product and helping shape a new category in healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

• Translate needs from healthcare executives and frontline leaders into product priorities and shipped features.

• Work closely with company leadership and engineering to connect market needs with product development.

• Build and test prototypes using Figma, Cursor, and other AI-assisted tools.

• Own the product experience across user-facing interfaces, backend systems, and integrations.

• Develop a product analytics strategy and implement instrumentation to understand product usage.

• Lead customer conversations with health system executives and incorporate their feedback into product decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Five to ten years of relevant experience, including explicit experience in healthtech.

• Experience shipping products in pre-product-market-fit or early post-product-market-fit environments with evolving problem definitions.

• A hands-on builder who can prototype and demonstrate products, not only write specifications.

• Familiarity with Figma, Cursor, Replit, v0, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.

• Technical fluency with platform architecture and data models, plus the ability to write basic SQL.

• Experience with product analytics instrumentation and customer conversations with health system executives.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in New York, New York, United States. This role requires working in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
