About the Role
As the founding product leader for a new personalization product area at a marketing technology company, you will define the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach. You will help product and growth teams use AI agents to personalize website and mobile app experiences through real-time experimentation.
What You'll Do
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their personalization workflows, needs, and expectations for agent-driven products.
Turn customer insights into a roadmap connected to product and revenue milestones.
Define which tasks agents can handle autonomously, where human approval is needed, and how the product earns user trust over time.
Partner with engineering to evaluate technical and architectural tradeoffs for real-time personalization and experimentation.
Support go-to-market efforts by joining customer conversations, shaping product positioning, and developing implementation guidance with customer-facing teams.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of product management experience, including substantial experience building technical B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers.
A track record of taking products from early concept through launch and meaningful scale, ideally at a growing venture-backed startup.
A computer science degree or equivalent technical foundation, with the ability to engage deeply in architecture and infrastructure decisions.
Experience working closely with end users to identify problems and improve products through iteration.
Experience with AI or machine learning products; familiarity with developer products, personalization, or recommendation systems is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary: $240,000 to $320,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Remote within the United States.
