Product Leader (Agent Platform)

About the role At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development. It will be deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments. This is a long-term strategic investment for JetBrains and a key pillar of our vision for the future of software development. We are now looking for a Senior Product Leader to own and drive the development of our enterprise agent platform, including seat-based governance, ROI/TCO dials on AI spend, hybrid cloud support, and public APIs. This role requires someone who has operated at large tech scale (e.g. M2/L7+) or as a VP of Product in a high-growth B2B startup, and who can combine long-term platform vision with disciplined, incremental delivery. You will partner across engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and customer success to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that make our platform the operational backbone for hybrid and cloud-native adoption at scale. In this role, you will: Define and execute the roadmap for the platform’s control and execution planes. Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX. Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities. Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility. Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measurable outcomes. Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level. Define KPIs and drive disciplined execution. We will be happy to have you on our team if you are: A senior product leader with C-suite accountability. Experienced in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products. Strong in both strategy and execution, with no tendency toward “big bang” thinking. Comfortable working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments. An excellent communicator and cross-functional leader. Data-driven and outcome-oriented. We would be especially thrilled if you have: Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems.
