Product Leader - AI Insurtech Platform

Stelfox is exclusively partnering with a newly formed Fintech/Insurtech provider in Dublin who are looking to create an AI-first Insurance platform focused on the Life, Health, P&C domain areas as they explore the process of modernising a legacy platform by taking a completely new/fresh approach to recreating an AI / Agentic led version of their platform.

We are looking for a Product Leader who can help own and drive this new platform initiative, who is uniquely placed to understand the Insurance domain area and process, while steering the roadmap down an AI, Cloud and API first architecture route to rebuilding.

We are open to considering Senior / Lead or Director level candidates for this new Product initiatives and you will work closely with CEO, CTO and architecture group as well as the underpinning business and commercial teams (claims, billing, underwriting, pricing etc).

This position will be based in Dublin City (Hybrid working model) and coming in on ground zero of this early stage of creating the roadmap and direction for this new AI Insurance Platform, that will be serving international customers.
