Primary Details Time Type: Part time Worker Type: Employee Product Management Analyst Location: USA –Ohio Work Arrangement: Remote - OH The salary range for this role is: $77,000.00-$115,000.00 The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to assist in the management of profitable products by staying informed about regulatory changes, adjusting coverage programs and pricing, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals through effective communication and collaboration with the team. Responsibilities: Support the development of profitable products by monitoring rate changes, analysing impact, and gathering actuarial information. Utilise multivariate rate assessment tools to calculate accurate rates and research market competition. Contribute to Product and Underwriting compliance by recommending rates within guidelines and updating underwriting guides. Communicate across the organisation to update stakeholders on rate changes and support product modifications. Support a team-oriented approach by collaborating with senior analysts and IT for rating system changes. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others. Work Experience: Necessary Work Experience includes: Some relevant work experience. Preferred Work Experience includes: Marketing, underwriting or product management experience within the insurance industry with increasing levels of responsibility. Previous product analysis experience in the area of responsibility. Qualifications: Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Qualifications include: Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or Risk Management. Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
