Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with founders and product leaders to improve product experiences.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Assist with user journeys, workflows, wireframes, product requirements, and UI/UX initiatives.
- Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
- Work with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into product improvements.
- Participate in feature validation, customer discovery sessions, user interviews, and product demonstrations.
- Create product documentation, release notes, demo environments, and customer use cases.
- Monitor product adoption, user behaviour, and usage metrics to generate insights.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who:
- Have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Are passionate about Product Management, UX/UI Design, Customer Experience, AI, SaaS, and technology.
- Enjoy understanding customer problems and building practical solutions.
- Are comfortable collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, product research, startup projects, or customer-facing work is an advantage but not mandatory.
