UX/UI Design Intern | Global AI-Native Talent Intelligence Venture (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to help shape the user experience of our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

This is not a routine design internship.

You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive workflows, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-powered product experiences.

From day one, you'll gain exposure to how modern SaaS and AI products are researched, designed, tested, and continuously improved through customer feedback, product analytics, and iterative design.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy understanding user behaviour, solving complex problems, and designing intuitive products that deliver measurable customer value. You'll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, ownership, and opportunities to influence experiences used by global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces across web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing features
• Collaborate with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business and customer requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews
• Improve customer journeys and simplify complex user interactions
• Contribute to the platform's design system, visual language, and reusable UI components
• Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to improve usability and product adoption
• Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feature planning
• Support product demonstrations and customer feedback sessions by communicating design decisions

Candidate Profile

We're looking for individuals who:

• Are final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals
• Are passionate about UI/UX Design, Product Design, and customer experience
• Have experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Are curious about user behaviour, design thinking, and digital experiences
• Have strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
• Are interested in AI, SaaS products, startups, and technology
• Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Aspire to build a career in UI/UX or Product Design

Portfolio projects, personal work, hackathons, freelance assignments, or startup experience are valuable but not mandatory.
