Vector uses a Six Intelligence Model — Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective, and Adaptive — to progressively move from answering questions to predicting outcomes, recommending actions, learning from results, and eventually enabling autonomous operations. Product Management Intern – Vector AI Platform Location Remote – Bangalore preferred Duration - 3 months Employment Type - Unpaid Internship Role Overview Product research and use-case discovery; understanding customer needs and user journeys; requirements definition and product documentation; translating Vector's Six Intelligence Model into meaningful product experiences. • Product discovery: research customer problems, personas, workflows and pain points; identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations and automation; conduct competitive and market research. • Six Intelligence Model: map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes; help define how intelligence should be presented to users. • Product definition: create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows; work with engineering teams; maintain product documentation. • Customer experience: contribute to Microsoft Teams and web portal experiences; define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notifications and Ask Vector experiences. • Product analytics: identify meaningful metrics; analyze adoption and usage; support evaluation of recommendations and intelligence.
