We're seeking an entrepreneurial intern to codify our playbook for building early-stage healthcare companies. The role centres on capturing and structuring "tribal knowledge" across teams, transforming it into actionable, scalable guides. Key Responsibilities Document and map existing processes across Go-To-Market, Research, and Product teams Conduct interviews with team members to surface deep insights Synthesize case-specific experiences into reusable frameworks and templates Write and design structured playbooks for company-wide use Pilot, test, and refine guides with internal teams to maximize value and clarity Duration : 8 weeks Location: Hybrid / In-office
