Product Manager – NODA AI Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid on-site, with up to 20% travel) Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance About NODA NODA is a venture-backed technology company that is transforming how unmanned systems collaborate in complex, mission-critical environments. We are developing next-generation solutions that enable the autonomous orchestration of heterogeneous unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space with vital applications in the defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors. Our Product Managers drive the strategic vision and execution of groundbreaking autonomous orchestration solutions, shaping novel products from initial concept through customer delivery in one of technology's most innovative and impactful sectors. The Role We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help lead the development and delivery of our autonomous orchestration platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to build novel product features from the ground up, working directly with customers to define requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform multi-domain autonomous operations. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and market analysis to feature development and customer success. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions Work directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning Develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise Manage product launches and coordinate with customers on successful deployment and integration Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of product management experience leading hardware–software integrated products, with hands-on involvement in defining and delivering end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, and software. Strong understanding of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in real-world, production systems. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder product development initiatives. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
