Product Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our growing team and help build the next generation of technology-driven products. This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience — and who wants to turn ideas into impactful, scalable products used by real customers across industries. This position is open to candidates based in LATAM. What You’ll Do Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build high-quality, scalable products. Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, stakeholder input, and data insights. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive product execution by working closely with engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Analyze product performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product. Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders across the organization. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product direction. What You Bring Strong experience in product management within technology-driven environments. Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or features. Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints. Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding of software development processes. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to change. Nice to Have Experience working in SaaS, data, AI, or platform-based products. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics tools. Background in consulting, startups, or cross-functional environments. Technical background or understanding of APIs, data systems, or modern architectures.
