Product Manager You might be our missing piece if you have: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role Experience launching successful products and driving innovation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities A strong understanding of the different Agile methodologies and when best to apply them throughout the product lifecycle Proficiency in product management software tools The ability to translate customer needs into product requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for building great products that delight customers The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products Customer interaction experience, including C-level Experience with identifying the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process Experience in organizing and driving the Discovery and Definition phases Experience in presales activities (e.g. workshops, quoting) We would be thrilled if you have: Previous leadership or mentoring experience within product teams Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions We will be working together on: Shaping the product vision and strategy to match overall goals Developing and updating the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product planning, launches, and iterations Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competition Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality Regularly updating stakeholders on product progress, roadblocks, and key decisions Department Product & Experience Role Product Manager Locations Cluj-Napoca , Brasov , Oradea Remote status Hybrid Cluj-Napoca Brasov Oradea About RebelDot At RebelDot we enable organizations in more than 15 industries to make an asset out of custom software.
