Our platform has helped students secure admissions and scholarships at leading universities worldwide, while building one of the fastest-growing AI-powered ecosystems in global higher education.
We are building products at the intersection of education, AI, and student outcomes — and we’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn ambitious ideas into scalable, user-centered experiences.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across our student and institutional platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, growth, partnerships, and leadership to define priorities, ship impactful features, and improve user experience across the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, is deeply user-obsessed, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end product execution – ship MVPs quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics
- Build experimentation frameworks – run A/B tests, track KPIs, and turn insights into product decisions
- Align product and business goals – ensure roadmap priorities support growth targets and user needs
- Translate user feedback and data insights – convert learnings into actionable product requirements and feature specifications
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and growth teams to deliver high-quality experiences
- Analyze product performance – improve activation, retention, engagement, and conversion through data-driven iteration
- Coordinate launches and alignment — ensure smooth execution across product, growth, partnerships, and operations
- Collaborate across time zones — work effectively with distributed teams in a fast-paced startup environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in early-stage startups (Seed → Series A) where you’ve owned products from ideation to launch and iteration
- Strong experience with product analytics and experimentation — you’ve used data to drive roadmap decisions, improve funnels, and optimize user behavior
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel for tracking product performance, building funnels, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and experimentation
- B2C product expertise – You’ve worked on consumer-facing products and improved activation, engagement, retention, or conversion metrics at scale
- Data-obsessed mindset – Comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting user behavior, running A/B tests, and translating insights into product decisions
- Execution-oriented – You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and balance speed with product quality
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, growth, and leadership teams
- Remote-friendly – Experience working effectively with distributed teams across time zones
- Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Notion, Linear, Jira, or similar platforms
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience building AI-first products
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, or student-facing platforms
- Technical background or ability to work deeply with engineering teams
- Experience scaling products from early-stage to growth-stage
Why Join Kollegio:
- Work on meaningful problems impacting students globally
- Build products used by students across 190+ countries
- Join a mission-driven, fast-growing startup backed by leading institutions
- High ownership and direct collaboration with founders
- Opportunity to shape the future of ethical AI in education
- Flexible and remote-friendly work environment
