What You’ll Be Doing • Owning and shaping the roadmap for product analytics, customer journeys, attribution, and AI-powered features • Working closely with engineering to translate real-world problems into clean, buildable specs • Learning Usermaven inside-out so you can help drive product decisions confidently • Joining customer calls, discovery sessions, and feedback loops to understand what users actually need • Partnering with customer success & support to identify friction points and turn them into improvements • Exploring how AI can help automate reporting, surface insights, and make the product more intuitive • Keeping an eye on analytics trends and making sure we stay ahead of the market Who We’re Looking For • Someone comfortable with analytics, data, and attribution concepts • A fast learner who can pick up new tools and technical ideas quickly • Experience working on SaaS products—bonus if they’re analytics or AI-related • Great communicator who enjoys working with engineering, design, support, and customers • A problem-solver who loves simplifying complex workflows • Someone who’s excited about shaping early-stage product strategy, not just managing tasks • Bonus: familiarity with event tracking, PLG metrics, CDPs, or AI-assisted product features Why You’ll Love Working With Us • High ownership and direct impact—you’ll shape the product, not just manage it • A small, ambitious team moving fast and building something meaningful • Remote-first work culture • Competitive compensation • Opportunity to help build a next-gen analytics platform used by companies across the globe • Lots of room to experiment, learn, and grow
