Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will lead product initiatives from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, gather user insights, and deliver solutions that support business goals and enhance customer experiences.This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals who enjoy strategic thinking, collaboration, and turning ideas into impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product objectives, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Gather user feedback and translate insights into product improvements
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature priorities
• Monitor product performance and use data to support decision-making
• Communicate product updates and progress with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvements in product development processes

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, project management, or digital product development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects effectively
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environme

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies
• Familiarity with product analytics and collaboration tools
• Experience working with consumer products, e-commerce, or digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
