Product Manager

Role: AI Product Manager

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the AI product roadmap and strategic vision for a large-scale healthcare platform. This role is ideal for a product leader who understands how to leverage AI to solve complex healthcare challenges, improve operational efficiency, and deliver better business and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, and clinical/operations teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Analyze healthcare data, workflows, and enterprise systems to identify opportunities for AI and machine learning solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, launch, and continuous enhancement.
• Measure product success through KPIs, user adoption, operational improvements, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals.
• Work closely with engineering and AI teams to ensure successful execution of the product vision.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of enterprise-scale products.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, building product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation products.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare data, claims, payer operations, care management, provider workflows, or population health.
• Experience analyzing healthcare systems, data models, and business processes to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and business leadership.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience building AI-powered healthcare products in payer, provider, health technology, or digital health environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7.
• Experience with LLMs, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, conversational AI, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• MBA or equivalent product leadership experience is a plus.
