Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time Product Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Legaline Platform, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and delivery. Responsibilities include gathering and evaluating user and stakeholder needs, translating them into clear product requirements and roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to build and launch features. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing data and feedback, and iterating on features to improve user experience, efficiency, and business outcomes. The Product Manager will also coordinate cross-functional communication, prepare product documentation, and support go-to-market efforts, training, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to define product vision and strategy, manage roadmaps, and prioritize features based on user needs and business value.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and operations.
• Experience using data and user feedback for decision-making, including basic analytics, reporting, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Knowledge of product development processes and tools (e.g., Agile or Scrum, backlog management, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; product management certifications are a plus.
• Experience in legal-tech, SaaS platforms, or technology products is beneficial, as well as familiarity with compliance and data privacy considerations.
