Essential Skills Aligns with our values: Excellence, Integrity, Professionalism, People Success, Customer Success, Fun, Innovation and Diversity Strong communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving ability Would like to work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework Must be a self-starter and loves to collaborate with the team and client Responsibilities Set and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy to relevant parties and stakeholders Analyze market and competitive conditions and lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands Apply a data-driven approach in guiding the success of a product using particularly in ideation, product features and timelines of product releases Lead the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving the product: engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams Manage from concept, to design, prototyping, testing, forecasting, promotion, support and product end of life Deliver the operating plan: 1) achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels, categories of business, and/or key customers, 2) performing tactical moves to win the market Minimum Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills User-centric mindset with a focus on customer needs Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with product development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies Data analysis skills and experience with product analytics tools
