Position: Head of Product Management
Salary: PHP 100,000–120,000

Schedule: Midshift / Night Shift
Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in product management, preferably within transportation, mobility, or technology sectors
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, anticipate industry trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of product management fundamentals, including prioritization, roadmapping, and Agile methodology
- Deep customer empathy and strong focus on delivering value and enhancing user experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Product management certifications are a plus
