Is this job info correct?

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and refine our product experience. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with engineering, CS, Sales and other cross-functional partners to ship features that delight our users. You will be hands-on with discovery, requirements writing, and execution—translating customer needs into clear, well-scoped product work. This is a great opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented PM who enjoys owning features end-to-end and contributing to a growing product team. This position is based in North York and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person. About Us: STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We are using cutting-edge and patented artificial intelligence technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 2.5 million+ homes across North America. And, we are on a mission to build the world's first AI property manager. Want to come along for the ride? STAN is also an award-winning platform, having been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more! To learn more, feel free to visit us at www.stan(.)ai 🤖 Feature Execution: Own and ship product features end-to-end, from writing PRDs and user stories to coordinating launches and reviewing results. Customer Discovery: Talk to users regularly, run interviews, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform what we build next. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers and CS in daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews to keep work moving smoothly. Backlog & Roadmap Support : Help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and contribute to roadmap planning under the direction of product leadership. Data & Analytics: Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance, surface insights, and inform iteration. QA & Release Support: Partner with engineering to test new features, verify acceptance criteria, and ensure a high-quality user experience at launch. Product Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of shipping features that users love. Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and excited to roll up your sleeves on whatever needs to get done. Analytical Skills: Comfortable using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to inform decisions and measure impact. Design Sensibility: A solid eye for UI/UX and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to deliver clean, intuitive user experiences. Technical Curiosity: You don't need to code, but you can have productive conversations with engineers and understand basic trade-offs. Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to write crisp PRDs, share updates with stakeholders, and align teammates on what we're building and why. Collaboration: A team player who takes direction well, gives thoughtful feedback, and contributes to a positive product culture. Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits. Company Macbook. Free parking and shuttle service to the office. Company events, in-office restaurant, and building-wide perks. Unlimited ping pong and espresso! If you're a closer who is passionate about AI and ready to disrupt a massive industry, we want to talk to you!
