Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will help shape the future of an AI-powered SaaS platform by identifying customer needs, defining product direction, and working closely with engineers and designers to deliver valuable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer-centric product development, product discovery, and working in a fast-moving environment where they can have a direct impact on both the product and business growth.
What You'll Do
• Conduct user interviews and analyze customer feedback to gain deep customer insights
• Identify customer challenges and validate product hypotheses
• Lead product management activities for new features and product improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive customer-centric product discovery and solution development
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term product growth
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of Product Management or Product Development leadership experience
• Experience gathering customer insights and translating them into product improvements
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product development teams
• Fluent Japanese communication skills
Nice to Have
• Product Owner experience
• SaaS industry experience
• Product strategy, market analysis, and roadmap planning experience
• Experience launching new products, services, or businesses
• UX Research experience
• Software Engineering background
