Product Manager

PODBASE is a fast-growing print-on-demand platform. We help e-commerce brands, creators and businesses sell custom products without handling stock or production themselves.

Our technology connects online stores with production and fulfillment, automating the whole process from order to delivery. We run product lines for hundreds of online stores worldwide. Our partners include F1 champions, well-known artists, fast-growing brands, influencers and business clients.

As we grow, we're looking for a Product Manager to own how the Podbase platform looks and works for our sellers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Podbase seller platform and its integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Open API and more
• Research before we build: user interviews, usability tests, support tickets, competitor analysis
• Turn ideas into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Design user flows and interfaces in Figma or a similar tool, ready for development
• Take part in grooming sessions and make product calls with the dev team
• Work with the dev team on feasibility and scope
• Set up a feature request process for users and the internal team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 to 5 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with user research and turning findings into features
• Strong Figma skills: you can design flows and screens yourself
• Experience writing user stories in Jira
• Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar. You'll also be free to suggest and set up the tracking tools you need
• Understanding of APIs and how to read their docs
• Experience using AI tools in product work

SALARY: 3500 to 5000 EUR/month gross, depending on experience and skills
