Product Manager/Product Lead – Web3 Developer Infrastructure – Remote

Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing Web3 infrastructure company building a new generation of decentralised data infrastructure designed to make blockchain data easier for developers to store, index and query.

The business is looking for a Product Manager/Product Lead to own product strategy across its developer ecosystem. This is a highly hands-on role working directly with the leadership team to understand developer needs, shape the roadmap and turn technical capabilities into simple, intuitive developer experiences across APIs, SDKs, documentation and developer tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation across the developer ecosystem
• Work directly with senior leadership to translate company vision and developer needs into product direction
• Lead discovery through developer interviews, workshops, hackathons, usage data and community feedback
• Own requirements across APIs, SDKs, documentation, onboarding and developer tooling
• Translate technical capabilities and constraints into clear product requirements and PRDs
• Define and improve developer journeys, identifying friction across the full Web3 development stack
• Use product usage data and qualitative research to validate assumptions and prioritise roadmap decisions
• Build lightweight prototypes or basic applications to validate ideas before committing engineering resources
• Contribute to documentation, developer-facing tooling and other lightweight product improvements directly where appropriate

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally owning developer-facing or technical products
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, L2s, rollups, bridging, RPCs and decentralised applications
• Experience owning the strategy for an SDK, API, developer platform, documentation or developer onboarding experience
• Strong technical fluency and ability to read code and understand system behaviour
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on evidence, usage data and measurable user problems
• Comfortable working in an early-stage start up where priorities can shift quickly

Nice to have:

• Experience with databases, data infrastructure, indexing, query engines or storage
• Experience building products around blockchain data or indexing
• Experience scaling developer tooling alongside a Layer 1 or Layer 2 mainnet launch
• Experience with APIs, SDKs or infrastructure products
• Experience building prototypes or basic applications to validate product concepts
• Familiarity with AI assisted product development and research
