Product Manager

Product Manager - Payments - Perm role - £65K - Hybrid (M4 Corridor)

An excellent opportunity for a Product Manager to join a thriving and growing software business, and take responsibility for working closely with clients to identify opportunities, pain points and problems and build solutions into the product roadmap.

You'll be responsible for working closely with internal teams and external customers to contribute to the payments product roadmap, prioritising features and putting together business cases. You'll work day to day with Scrum teams within the business to prioritise and deliver features, deliver the backlog and plan sprints, and ensure that features are fully integrated into the overall product strategy.

It's an opportunity to play a key part in a highly strategic programme of work, in an organisation where there are strong career paths and opportunities to progress as you build your experience.

You'll need strong skills working within a SaaS vendor - both B2B and B2C environments would be helpful - and in particular the ability to understand customer need and build commercial business cases for new features to meet those needs. Knowledge of payments would be ideal, particularly in the retail, hospitality or gambling sectors; direct debits, cards, or mobile payments or other payments areas would work well.

The role is hybrid - two days a week in the office near Reading.

Salary is around £65K base.
