Product Manager

We're hiring Product Managers for AI startups

I'm working with a group of fast-growing AI companies (Seed to Series C, backed by top-tier VCs) that are hiring Product Managers in San Francisco, New York, and remote across the US.

The roles: Product Manager, Senior PM, Technical PM, Forward Deployed PM, Staff PM, and Head of Product.

Compensation

Base salary: $150K to $250K for most roles, up to $320K for senior and lead positions

Meaningful equity in every role

Visa transfers supported for many roles

What you'll do

• Own products from discovery to launch, often as one of the first PMs
• Work directly with customers to turn their workflows into product requirements
• Prototype ideas yourself with AI tools before engineering builds them
• Ship agentic AI features used by real customers
• Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

What these companies look for

• 4 to 10 years of product management experience (some roles are open to 2+ years)
• A track record of shipping products at a fast-growing startup
• Technical fluency. Many of the best candidates started as engineers.
• Hands-on with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or v0
• Comfortable with SQL and data, and you make decisions based on metrics
• Experience working directly with customers, including enterprise buyers

Bonus points

• You've built agentic or LLM-powered products
• Domain experience in fintech, healthcare, security, or B2B SaaS
• You were a founder or an early PM hire
• A CS or engineering degree

Work setup: most roles are hybrid or on-site in SF or NYC (3 to 5 days a week), with a few remote options.
