About the Role

We’re looking for an exerienced Product Manager that enjoys making big impact to join our product team and take ownership of a our Data Management solution. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be part of a cross-functional teams responsible for delivering against desired outcomes. You’ll focus on discovery, feature delivery, and measurable product impact, while aligning closely with the broader vision, business goals and product roadmap.
We’re looking for an ambitious colleague who brings positive energy, fresh ideas, and a proactive approach to our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle and translate this into a clear roadmap
• Communicate product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders

• Lead cross-function collaboration with Design and Engineering to design and deliver product outcomes

• Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics, and uses qualitative and quantitative insights to validate assumptions and guide what to build next

• Own the roadmap, sprint cycles, delivery tracking, and releases

• Monitor solution performance and user adoption, and iterate accordingly

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a Product roles like Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven company

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

• Demonstrated ability to deliver within a complex and dynamic environment

• Comfortable working within an outcome-based Product Operating Model

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with comfort using data tools and customer feedback to validate direction

• Passion for working with technology and driving innovation

• Demonstrated experience in creating new solutions in a commercial environment, preferably within retail
