Your mission

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Product Manager with a strong analytical mindset, deep technical understanding, and global vision to lead product families across their entire lifecycle. This is not a traditional marketing or branding role; you will serve as the core business and scientific reference for your product portfolio, turning market intelligence into strategies that drive market share, profitability, and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategy for assigned product families, defining positioning, value proposition, segmentation, and annual lifecycle plans from Phase In to Phase Out.
• Global Product Governance: Build and maintain global Product Playbooks, ensuring consistent global positioning while respecting local regulatory and commercial requirements. Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply teams.
• Market Intelligence & Performance: Monitor portfolio performance, structure and track KPIs (revenue, volume, margins, market share, and pricing), and deliver executive recommendations based on market data and competitor analysis.
• Pricing & Business Strategy: Define pricing architecture, manage portfolio budgets, track economic-financial indicators, and build business cases for new lines and market expansions.
• Portfolio Evolution & Go-to-Market: Translate clinical and market needs into product improvements. Act as the product strategy owner during new product launches, aligning Go-to-Market strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Functional & Clinical Interface: Partner with Medical Affairs and R&D to integrate insights from healthcare professionals into product strategy without replacing technical development responsibilities.

Your profile

Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of consistent experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, or related strategic roles. Experience with high technical, scientific, or regulatory complexity products (Healthcare, Pharma, medical aesthetics, or medical devices) is strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Health Sciences, or related fields. (An MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus).
• Languages:
  • Fluent English (mandatory for global collaboration and materials).
  • Advanced Spanish (highly desirable for Latin America markets).
