Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow
At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.
We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.
If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.
About the role:
We are looking for a commercially savvy, forward-facing Product Manager to spearhead the growth of our leading-edge learning product. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity where you will be responsible for defining the market fit for a highly innovative product that bridges the gap between generative AI and meaningful learning and enablement outcomes, delivering a product ready for the world’s largest and most innovative brands and users.
Unlike product management roles focused on backlog maintenance, this position is highly commercial and external. You will be the face of the product—partnering with our revenue teams, engaging directly with clients, and representing Confirm at major industry events. While you live at the leading edge of AI, every decision you make is anchored in robust learning or enablement theory to ensure we deliver a fantastic, high-performing product, not just a set of AI experiments.
What You Will Be Doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Market Shaping & Product-Market Fit: Work tirelessly to identify and secure Product-Market Fit, iterating based on rapid feedback loops from early adopters and the competitive landscape.
-
Product Advocacy & Enablement: Act as the primary subject matter expert for our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, providing them with the narrative and tools needed to win.
-
Client Engagement: Lead high-stakes discovery sessions and demonstrations with clients, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value. You will use deep customer insights to make the hard trade-off decisions. You aren't just listening to clients; you are deciding which features will drive the product forward and which are distractions.
-
Innovation Intelligence: Maintain a deep, relevant understanding of AI (LLMs, agents, and multi-modalities), staying ahead of limitations and opportunities within rapidly changing technology.
-
Learning-First Design: Ensure the product isn't just an exercise in AI innovation and ensure that learning theory is built into the core user experience.
-
UX Stewardship: Partner with designers to ensure the interface is world-class, intuitive, and reflects the leading-edge nature of the tech that is ready to be used by the world’s largest brands and hyperscalers alike.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Innovation with intent: You can live within the messiness of a zero-to-one product innovating at high-speed and can convert this into a solid and stable BAU state as the product moves into production, adoption and maturity.
-
AI Fluency: You have a deep, practical understanding of current AI models and concepts. You understand the "foibles" (hallucinations, latency, token costs) as well as the opportunities for transformative UX. You know where AI is strong and where it can mislead. You verify outputs and keep decision-quality high.
-
Pedagogical Depth: You have experience in learning design, enablement or educational theory. You understand how people actually learn by drawing on influences from leading commentators and theorists and the best examples of real-world implementation, and can apply this to AI-driven product.
-
Commercial Instinct: You have a proven track record of supporting revenue growth, enabling sales teams, and navigating the nuances of B2B SaaS commercial cycles. You are measured on product adoption and successful delivery to high standards, not just lead generation or 'hype'.
-
Strategic Communication: You are a natural "evangelist" who is comfortable on stage, on camera, or in a boardroom.
-
Problem focussed: You prefer problem-solving, customer insight and advocacy over granular ticket management and backlog grooming.
-
Visual Eye: You have a refined sense of "what good looks like" in modern software design and won't settle for mediocre user experiences.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 9th October 2026
