Product Manager – API & SaaS Integrations (US Remote)

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Integrations to join their rapidly growing team. You will own the core integration platform end-to-end—building the catalog, setup experience, skill framework, and partnership roadmap that powers how AI agents connect directly into existing construction software ecosystems.

This is not a traditional feature-focused PM role. They are looking for someone who can bridge complex third-party software environments (like Procore, Sage, and QuickBooks) with elegant, turnkey setup workflows. You will be measured on business-critical metrics: how fast customers activate an integration and how many hours of manual work you eliminate from their daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Integration Expertise – Deep experience shipping B2B SaaS integrations, API platforms, workflow automation, or plugin/marketplace frameworks.
• Exceptional Integration UX Intuition – Able to evaluate auth flows and setup experiences in seconds, identifying friction points before they impact user adoption.
• Technical Depth – Comfortable reading API docs, sketching auth flows, and partnering directly with engineering to define contracts and safeguard workflows.
• Execution & Velocity Bias – Prefers shipping working integrations over creating strategy decks, maintaining high speed without sacrificing stability.
• Strong Customer Empathy – Quick to learn complex, domain-specific workflows and comfortable running live sessions with US-based enterprise executives.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Integrations and Skills catalog roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing systems based on customer demand and revenue impact to ship turn-key connectors.
• Redesign the Skills configuration experience to feel like flipping a switch rather than reading complex documentation.
• Partner directly with engineering to establish skill framework standards, rollout mechanics, and guardrails against breaking third-party API changes.
• Drive strategic integration partnerships with top construction ERPs and software platforms from technical diligence through co-marketed launches.
• Instrument and analyze activation, usage, and retention telemetry to run data-backed weekly adoption reviews.
• Run weekly live feedback sessions with US-based enterprise customers to validate UX, catch breakages, and translate workflow needs into product decisions.
  
  
  

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on integrations, APIs, or platform products.
• Track record of owning and materially improving activation, adoption, or time-to-value metrics.
• Proven experience partnering directly with engineering on architecture and framework decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills with comfort conducting live calls with US-based executives.
• Indonesia Citizen with availability to overlap 3 to 4 hours daily with San Francisco leadership.
