Product Manager, Big Data & AI Solutions

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the ideation, development and adoption of Big Data products for internal business customers across Kyivstar. You will identify opportunities where data can solve business challenges, transform ideas into scalable products and lead initiatives from concept through implementation. Responsibilities • Build awareness of Big Data capabilities and promote data-driven opportunities across internal business units • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and uncover new product opportunities • Organize and facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, design thinking sessions and other product discovery activities • Generate new product ideas and use cases based on business needs, market trends and available data assets • Gather, evaluate, validate and prioritize product hypotheses from internal customers • Own and maintain the roadmap and backlog of Big Data initiatives for internal business customers • Define product vision, business requirements, success metrics and implementation priorities • Lead the end-to-end development of prototypes, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), MVPs and production-ready products • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysis and internal stakeholders • Manage product testing, pilot launches, user feedback and continuous product improvements • Measure product performance and business impact, ensuring delivered solutions create tangible value Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Innovation or a related role • Experience managing digital, analytics, AI or data-driven products throughout the product lifecycle • Strong product discovery, prioritization and roadmap management skills • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Upper-Intermediate or higher English • Experience with Big Data, Data Science, AI or Machine Learning products will be a strong advantage • Experience in telecommunications, CRM/CVM, MarTech or digital products will be a plus We offer • A unique opportunity to shape the future of Big Data products at Ukraine's leading telecom operator • Work on high-impact initiatives that create value across multiple business functions • Collaboration with experienced business, data and technology professionals • Remote work with the possibility to visit the office • Competitive salary and annual bonus • Paid vacation and sick leave • Flexible working hours • Medical and life insurance • Professional development and career growth opportunities • A friendly, collaborative and innovation-driven working environment
