Product Manager — Digital Health - Hybrid - HCM based

We are hiring several Product Managers for a leading digital healthcare platform in Southeast Asia.

These roles will focus on different product areas, including digital health applications, business and enterprise solutions, and connected hardware integrations.

The platform serves millions of users. It brings doctor consultations, health records, wellness tools, healthcare services, and connected devices into one experience.

Your job is simple: understand the problem, decide what matters most, and help the team build the right thing.

What you’ll do

• Own the product backlog and turn product ideas into clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery scope.
• Decide what to build first and make trade-offs across user needs, business value, time, cost, and technical effort.
• Work with design, engineering, QA, clinical, operations, and business teams from discovery through launch.
• Research hardware and connected-device options, define requirements, and support build, buy, or partner decisions.
• Lead hardware vendor selection, procurement, integration, compliance, and launch planning, including APIs, data flows, pricing, logistics, and release readiness.
• Use data and user feedback to see what works, fix what does not, and improve the product over time.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar software role.
• Experience building mobile, web, platform, or connected-device products.
• Good at breaking down unclear problems.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical limits.
• Comfortable using product and business data to make decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience with wearables, connected devices, IoT products, or hardware integrations.
• Experience with internal systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, contract management, or supply chain tools.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and complex data flows.
• Vendor and supplier management experience, including RFQ or RFP processes, contract negotiation, and procurement coordination.
• Experience managing manufacturing partners, certification, compliance, quality, cost, or lead-time trade-offs.
• Experience in healthtech, fintech, B2C apps, or other regulated industries.
• Product Owner, Scrum, or Business Analysis certification.
