I. The Role: Digital Social Entrepreneur

You will take ownership of selected Compath social projects and develop them across the multidisciplinary teams from ideas to community impacts. You find it incredibly fulfilling when you know that change is imminent and join the force to be the change you want to see. Given Compath’s single long term focus on the global challenge of mental health pandemic, you are exposed to many fundamental skillsets to build up your impact career:

🌍 Build social projects

Develop and lead Compath initiatives addressing meaningful social, mental-health and community issues.

📣 Create movements

Design campaigns, challenges, narratives and digital experiences that encourage people to participate, contribute and invite others.

🤝 Mobilise our partners

Recruit and coordinate volunteers, counsellors, educators, creators, community organisations, academics, students and other stakeholders around shared causes.

🧠 Translate ideas into public engagement

Turn complex social or mental-health issues into clear, relatable and culturally appropriate messages that people can understand and more importantly, care about.

📱 Lead digital campaigns

Plan and execute activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Thread or Zalo and relevant online communities.

🎙️ Activate experts and practitioners

Work with counsellors, psychologists, educators and partner organisations to transform professional knowledge into accessible public initiatives.

🏛️ Develop civic engagement

Create opportunities for people to move from passive awareness to meaningful participation, volunteering and collective action.

📊 Measure social impact

Track participation, community growth, engagement, partnerships, campaign outcomes and other meaningful impact indicators.

🚀 Entrepreneur for your project

Identify opportunities, test ideas rapidly, build partnerships, learn from results and continuously evolve your initiative under the support of Compath platform.
