We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops Job Profile: Product Manager II - Central AI Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 4-6 years in product management or as a technical, user-focused product engineer About the team and the role Central AI is Swiggy's AI transformation team. We work directly with the leadership across the Org to identify where AI can meaningfully change how Swiggy operates, and we build, ship and drive adoption of those solutions ourselves. The team's charter spans Swiggy's core data and platform layers, including the Data Platform, the Data Science Platform, the Experimentation Platform (XP), Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and the Customer Data Platform (CDP), as well as our AI initiatives under AIDLC, where we build AI agents for internal and external use, deploy them into production, and run the evals that keep them trustworthy. It is a small team with a wide mandate and significant scope still to be defined. As a Product Manager in Central AI, you will own a problem end to end, from discovery and conceptualisation through design, execution and adoption. You will scope the problem, prototype the solution, partner with engineering to take it live, and be accountable for the outcome. Role Summary Most engineers, PMs and designers use AI. Few are AI-native. We are hiring the latter. You will own a product or feature end to end: scoping the problem, building the solution and shipping it to users. You will flex across frontend, backend, prompts and data depending on what the problem needs. You will work on 0 to 1 projects with real autonomy, as part of Swiggy's AI transformation at scale. What will you get to do here Own a slice of the Central AI canvas end to end, from problem discovery through to measured adoption. Work directly with the C-suite and function leaders to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into a clear product plan. Build and validate prototypes quickly using AI tooling, and use early user feedback to decide what to build at scale. Define what success looks like for your product and build the evaluation layer needed to prove it. Design agentic systems that take real action, along with the guardrails needed to run them safely in production. Own the GTM plan for your product and drive adoption within Swiggy, tracking usage and impact over time. Write clear PRDs and manage execution with Engineering, Data Science, Security and Legal across concurrent workstreams. Work across use cases spanning voice and coding agents that automate the software development lifecycle. Own and manage the data science platform, partnering with data scientists to develop and deploy models Stay current on new models, tools and agent patterns, and bring the ones with real value into how Swiggy works. What are we looking for? Strong product sense, and the discipline to ask "why" before "how" 2-4 years of experience building software as a product manager or as a technical, user-focused product engineer Deep expertise in one domain, with reasonable breadth across others A track record of shipping, not just building Comfort with evals and measurement, and the ability to demonstrate that a model or agent has genuinely improved rather than relying on demos The ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, with strong execution discipline to move from open-ended problems to shipped outcomes Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders using clarity and evidence, including the willingness to say no when the data supports it We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
