  • Define and monitor success measures, adoption indicators, and performance metrics.
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback and translate insights into product improvements and backlog priorities.
  • Support launch readiness, stakeholder adoption, and continuous product improvement.
  • Escalate material risks, unresolved decisions, and delivery blockers in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, program delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization, requirements development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements and executable delivery plans.
  • Experience working with both business and technical stakeholder groups.
  • Strong product ownership and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar product/delivery tools.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, data products, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and managing products through the full lifecycle.
