We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech ) to join our team. Responsibilities: Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap; Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business needs into clear product requirements; Audit the existing product and identify what to Keep / Redesign / Drop ; Create clear PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications ; Work closely with Design and AI Development teams to ensure a continuous flow of ready-to-build requirements; Own delivery of core HRIS modules, including Core HR and Time Off ; Review Figma designs and ensure solutions meet product requirements and B2B/admin UX standards; Manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, and sprint planning in Jira/Linear ; Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , feature validation, and product sign-offs; Coordinate launch readiness, including SSO, Slack integrations, data migration, and RBAC/security testing ; Drive the product from discovery through production go-live and user adoption ; Continuously collect feedback and iterate on the product based on user and business needs. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager , ideally in B2B/SaaS or complex digital products; Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria ; Strong product sense and experience designing/reviewing B2B and admin interfaces ; Understanding of complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, bulk actions, and role-based experiences; Hands-on experience with Figma and product design reviews; Experience working in Agile environments with Jira, Linear, or similar tools ; Experience running UAT, feature testing, and product sign-offs ; Strong systems thinking and basic understanding of RBAC, permissions, and administrative data structures ; Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders; Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with AI-assisted development and keep engineering continuously unblocked. Nice to Have: Experience with HRIS, ATS, HR Tech, or internal enterprise tools ; Understanding of SSO, Slack bots, APIs, and system integrations ; Experience with data migration and enterprise software launches; Experience taking a product from discovery to production go-live .
