Product Manager — Contract, reporting to the COO. Own product management across two international football projects at once: a platform built for a global football agency, and a platform built to support referee associations worldwide.

Same sport, two very different audiences — one product serves the commercial and representation side of the game, the other serves officiating. This is a technical PM role: you'll work inside our GitHub-based development process (branches, pull requests, sprints, release cycles) closely enough to plan realistically and know when something is ready to ship. You'll carry real ownership of testing, final delivery, and UX on both products, not just the roadmap.

The two projects

• Global football agency platform — commercial, representation, and partner-facing product
• Referee association technology — product supporting officiating bodies globally

What you'll work on

• Dual-portfolio product management across two distinct roadmaps and stakeholder groups
• Technical process fluency — GitHub, pull requests, releases, sprint cadence
• Testing & quality ownership — validating releases, catching issues before they ship
• Final delivery — owning what ships, when, and whether it's ready
• UX ownership across both products end-to-end
• Stakeholder management with a global football agency and international referee associations

What we're looking for

• Proven product management experience, ideally owning more than one product at a time
• Genuine understanding of technical processes — GitHub, PRs, sprints, release cycles
• Experience owning or closely driving testing/QA
• Experience owning final delivery or release management
• Strong UX instincts
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
• A genuine passion for football — this role sits inside football stakeholder relationships daily, so real interest in the sport matters here more than in most of our roles (deep tactical fluency still isn't required)

Nice to have

Football fluency — deep knowledge of leagues, tactics, or football culture; experience with sports federations, agencies, leagues, or officiating bodies; comfortable reading code or basic SQL; QA/test planning background; a track record of products shipped end-to-end.
