Product Manager (LATAM)

We're hiring a Product Manager for to join a globally distributed product and engineering team. The job is to turn business priorities into work engineers can pick up and ship, then stay with it through release.

This is hands on and execution first. You break the features them into requirements, sequenced plans and tickets that hold up under pressure. Day to day you're working with engineers, QA and business stakeholders, keeping projects moving and expectations honest.

There's room to grow. The product practice is still being built out, so discovery, PRDs, retrospectives and data informed prioritization are all things you'll be exposed to and can grow into over time.

Your first 6 months

• You own a portfolio of live projects end to end, from requirements through release, and everyone always knows where each one stands.
• Messy, multi part initiatives arrive from marketing, ops and customer experience, and you turn them into plans people can execute against.
• Your specs and acceptance criteria cut rework, with QA looped in early instead of at the end.
• You know the e-commerce stack, subscription flows and customer journeys well enough that engineers and stakeholders come to you first.
• You're contributing to sprint process, retros and planning cadence as the practice matures.

Who we're looking for

• 2-4 years in product management or technical project management. E-commerce or consumer products is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English. You write clear tickets, requirements and status updates, and you keep a distributed team aligned without endless back and forth.
• You chase ambiguity down rather than waiting on it, and you flag risk before it turns into a delay.
• Comfortable in Jira and Figma, at home with analytics tools. Shopify or other subscription commerce platforms a plus.
• Someone the team wants to work with. Much of this job is sitting between engineers and stakeholders, so being easy to collaborate with matters as much as process skill.
• Keen to grow as a PM, with mentorship and increasing ownership over time.

Full time, remote, long term contract. Candidates based in South America with substantial overlap with US business hours.
