Location: Full Remote (Malaysia-based) Experience: 3+ years

About The Role

Shape the direction of our products (like Tsunagu) and services. Work on product strategy, market research, feature planning, and go-to-market initiatives for both client projects and in-house products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Gather and prioritize user requirements and feedback
• Create product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior
• Plan marketing campaigns and content strategy
• Manage product launches and feature releases
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or marketing planning experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with product roadmap planning
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Data-driven decision making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Good English communication
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) — plus
• Experience with SaaS or community platform products
• Technical background or understanding of software development
• Experience in ASEAN or Japanese markets
• Marketing or growth hacking experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
