Information about the position We are building a payments organisation that moves billions of euros across our markets, and that helps us scale anywhere globally through an ecosystem of payment providers, compliance, and regulation controls, ensuring the right payment experience along the way. The team in question enhanced the payments fraud management system at Vinted, to maintain a high-integrity platform for our members. This is the core to ensure the trust and reliability for our global payments ecosystem that builds trust with service providers and regulators. In this job you will be working within a Product engineering team, shaping your team's roadmap, and making the right tradeoffs to bring value to our members. You will ensure the teams build cutting-edge solutions at scale that power the trustworthy buying experience for millions of customers across Europe and beyond. You will collaboratively work with a talented group of professionals, embrace creativity, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record for delivering impact through technical product solutions. You should be ready to take on challenges and willing to grow in your role. In this position, you’ll Set product strategy and roadmap, while taking a collaborative approach with your cross-functional team to execute Work together with multiple stakeholders - other product teams, other functions (legal, security and etc), and third parties Be accountable for the end-to-end success of your product area through the OKR framework Help Vinted grow by contributing to building reliable and trustworthy payments ecosystem that brings value to our members Tackle ambitious product problems, conducting rigorous product discovery and scoping the solution with meaningful requirements and clear trade-off analysis About you Proven product management experience building technical products Strong understanding of product development workflows and balancing feature work with tech debt End-to-end product lifecycle experience, from user feedback and prioritization to launch execution Able to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into product improvements Skilled in using data, research, and market analysis to shape product strategy and roadmaps Comfortable moving between high-level thinking and actionable detail You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities with limited resources Passionate about driving technical innovation to help make second-hand a first choice Domain knowledge about Payments is preferred, Fraud area knowledge is a plus Bachelors or Masters (Computer Science/Engineering or related) is a plus Fast learner and critical thinker with an open mindset Work perks The opportunity to benefit from our share options programme 25 working days of holiday Access to all the tools & tech needed for work Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture Private health insurance Digital mental and emotional health support and Employee Assistant Program (EAP) Frequent team-building events A personal monthly budget for shopping on Vinted The opportunity to spend up to 90 days per year - 21 of which can be spent working outside of the EU - on workation A dog-friendly office In Vilnius office: gym & in-house meals at friendly prices In Kaunas office: a monthly lunch allowance, and a once-a-week provided in-house lunch and breakfast Working at Vinted Individual Learning Budget We invest in your professional growth!
